As first time home buyers who had no clue on where to even start Rachael lead us in the right path! Our process was so easy. She truly went above and beyond for us.

Rachael was great from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor and person to help me relocate. When I decided to sell my home in FL and move to TN for family, my agent there asked if I knew anyone that could help in TN. I asked a friend and she referred Rachael. She said that she will do anything and everything to help me and she did just that. I wasn’t the easiest person to work for but when I got overwhelmed and was about to give up Rachael sat with me and talked as long as I needed. She even asked if she could pray with me before she left, which may not seem like a big deal but it was exactly what I needed. She worked so hard for me. She had to. She negotiated everything including price and made everything so easy for me. It actually does matter who you use as your Realtor and Rachael exceeds all expectations. She is 1000% the agent you want for any real estate need. I would refer her a million times if I could.

Rachael is the best! She does what needs to be done to find the house that you love!! We first met Rachael when we contacted her to show us a house we thought we would love. We were wrong. We trusted her when she said that she would find our next new home. She was right. We also needed help selling before we could buy so we trusted her with that as well. It didn’t take long to understand why we chose and trusted the right person to help. Our sell brought more than we ever hoped for. And although we found a home outside of Rachael’s licensing area, she never walked away. She stayed right there with us until closing on both, even though she didn’t have to. Both were smooth as could be and she handled everything. Her integrity, honesty and work speaks for itself. If you need a Realtor, Rachael is the one you want.

Couldn't of asked for a better experience than what we had with Rachael! Rachael had to take over as our agent due to unforseen circumstances way late in the game. Small lapse but Sally Woodard stepped in as the Broker and said Racahel is a pitbull she will move you forward. Ms Sally you did not tell a lie! Rachael was all that and more! So many good things to say, Rachael jumped right in, she communicated very well via, phone calls, texts and emails which as everyone knows can be annoying when your trying to get things done in any given day...my time is valuable and I try not to waste people's time. So from beginning to end she was more than reasonably available. She also when the tough things needed to be said didn't shy away from what was right for us and the situation. She fought for us in the way were my wife and I cant fully describe. let's just say Rachael won't let people do you wrong and will fight for exactly what you want. She will hold people to there word and there feet to the fire. She is nice, enthusiastic personable anyone can get along with Racahel. Rachael got us to the finish line very fast and didn't stop holding people accountable until we were finally funded, she holds all sides accountable even UPS next day shipping lol... Rachel literally made my dream become reality. I'm located in Washington state and decided to follow my heart to Tennessee. I put out a vague post of what I was looking for and Rachel contacted me. Talk about killing it..we listed our property with Rachael on a Friday and Saturday we had a cash offer and closed it in 7 days, and she handled everything. Our whole experience with Rachael was amazing. She ran kept everything smooth, she kept us informed, and stayed diligent the whole time. Rachel Hall of the Columbia TN office was more than exceptional. she kept us informed every step of the way. she kept us from getting discouraged when things were not going the way we wanted. she even crawled under the mobile home to look for a model number. when things were finally finished we entered our new home to find a home sweet home sign, throws for both of us, a candle, a picture of our home on canvas, a nice thank you note and even a blanket and treats for our dog. Anything we needed she was there… All the questions help needing her to show up she did it without a thought!
